Omniuse is innovative mobile application to store Personal Information and documents within Mobile app. Mobile app have a database where all the data are stored. It doesn't store on any server. So User have full control of the data for Privacy and Security.

Omniuse is one place for STORE, VIEW and MANAGE Personal Information and documents.

How can I sign up for the Mobile App? How can I sign up for the Mobile App?
  • Open the Omniuse app on your mobile device.
  • On the Welcome page, tap the “Sign Up” button.

  • Enter your email address, password, and confirm your password.

  • Tap “Register” to create your account.

  • A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Open your email and click on the verification link.

  • Once verified, go back to the app and tap “Login” on the Welcome page.

  • Enter your credentials and authenticate using your device’s PIN, fingerprint, or face ID to access your account.

  • Email Login:

    1. Enter your email and password.
    2. Unlock the app using phone authentication (PIN or biometric).
  • Gmail Login:

    1. Tap the "Login with Google" button.
    2. Follow the Google authorization instructions.
    3. Unlock the app using phone authentication (PIN or biometric).
  • Apple Login:

    1. Tap the "Login with Apple" button.
    2. Follow the Apple authorization instructions.
    3. Unlock the app using phone authentication (PIN or biometric).

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Tap to "Personal Information"
  3. Fill out the details you want to store
  4. Click on Save.

Your information will be stored within Mobile app. 

Can I save my personal information in multiple languages? Can I save my personal information in multiple languages?

 

Yes, you can store profile in multiple languages.

To store  profile in multiple languages:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. tap on 'More' (the three dots) select 'Profile Language' from the options.
  3. select 'Profile Language' from the options.
  4. Select the language from the dropdown.
What is autofill functionality? What is autofill functionality?

Once your personal information and documents are stored, the app's autofill feature will automatically fill in forms with your saved information. Its also attached the matching documents. 

Does the Omniuse server save any personal data? Does the Omniuse server save any personal data?

No, the Omniuse server does not save any personal data. But user can back-up the data local device or cloud-based storage as your backup preference.

Can I track my application history? Can I track my application history?

Yes, you can track your application history within the app easily.

To track your application history:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Tap on 'forms'
  3. Select the "Application History" menu.
  4. Here, you'll find a list of submitted forms, including the form name, applied date, organization name, and the reference number.

The data is securely stored within the mobile app on your device.

You can signup or log in using your Gmail, email, and Apple account. 

Can I backup my data? Can I backup my data?

Yes, you can backup your data manually or automatically at regular intervals.

To manually backup your data:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Tap on "More" (the three dots)
  3. Select on the “Backup” button and press "Backup Now"
  4. Choose“Choose folder” or “Google Account” to choose the date you want to backup.
  5. The backup will complete successfully.

To enable automatic backup:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Tap on "More" (the three dots)
  3. Select on the “Backup” button.
  4. Enable the “Automatic Backup” button.
  5. Choose “Backup Schedule”.

 

How do I search for forms? How do I search for forms?
  1. Login to the Omniuse App.
  2. Go to Forms page.
  3. Tap the "Search" icon next to "Active Forms".
  4. Type the form name or organization name.
  5. Search for the form.
Can I save forms as drafts? Can I save forms as drafts?

Yes, you can save forms as drafts and complete them later. User need to login to save as draft. 

Open the form and click on Save button.

To restore your data from a backup:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Tap on 'More' (the three dots)
  3. Choose the Backup option.
  4. Select "Restore Backup"
  5. Display the Restore Completed message.
What types of documents can I upload? What types of documents can I upload?

You can upload documents like - MS Word, PDFs and images (JPEG & PNG).

The Omniuse Mobile App offers a convenient, secure, and streamlined way to fill out forms. User can store all the personal information and documents within the mobile app which helps to save time and cost.

Can I create profiles for my dependents? Can I create profiles for my dependents?

Yes, you can create profiles for your dependents.

To create a profile for your dependents:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. On the homepage, press on the "Add" icon under Dependent.
  3. Select the "Dependent Info" menu.
  4. Tap on the plus icon (+) to add profiles.
  5. Enter your dependent's first and last name, then tap "Save."
  6. Tap on your dependent’s name.
  7. Fill the information that you want to store for your dependent.
  8. Then tap the save icon to save their profile details.

You can store for multiple dependents. 

How do I upload documents to the Omniuse Mobile App? How do I upload documents to the Omniuse Mobile App?

To upload documents:

  1. Log in to the Omniuse Mobile App.
  2. Go to the Documents page.                  
  3. Tap “Select document type” dropdown.
  4. Choose the document from the dropdown list or type the document name in the search box and select the document.
  5. Tap the "Select Document" button.
  6. Choose either "Choose photo", "Use Camera," or "File" to add the document.
  7. Tap the "Upload Document" button.
  8. The document will be uploaded and displayed with its document name.
How do I know my form is submitted successfully? How do I know my form is submitted successfully?

Upon successful submission, a confirmation message with a reference number will appear on the Mobile UI. If an email address is provided, you will receive an acknowledgment email from Omniuse with the details.
